APPLICATION FIRST

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SHRED?

Bulky waste. Commercial waste. Construction & demolition waste.

Choose a feed stream to see the likely shaft discussion and the questions that need to be settled before quotation.

Broken concrete, brick and aggregate construction debris
MATERIAL 01Construction & demolition (C&D) waste

LIKELY STARTING POINT

Hammer shaft

Discuss the C&D feed, concrete content, hammer tooling, mineral breaker bars and required screen configuration.

Final machine and shaft selection is subject to a material assessment by WERT UK.

Configurable process

THE PHANTOM PRINCIPLE

Reconfigure the process—without replacing the whole machine.

Two slow-running shafts draw the feed into the chamber. Shaft geometry changes the cutting action; breaker bars and screens shape recirculation and output; the tracked chassis and tilting hopper support site operation.

01

Interchangeable shafts

Star, combination, hammer and metal configurations for materially different streams.

02

Rapid change system

Designed to reduce the friction of moving from one assessed configuration to another.

03

Controlled output

Adjustable screen baskets and counter systems matched to material and target fraction.

04

Service access

Modular construction, replaceable wear plates, remote control and optional remote maintenance.

POWER CONFIGURATIONS

STANDARD · PLUS · HYPERION

Choose around the duty cycle and site.

Every model carries the same stated shaft size and torque. Power source, infrastructure and application severity create the distinction.

THE COMMERCIAL ADVANTAGE

Multiple material streams. Less reconfiguration friction.

Interchangeable shafts help one machine platform move between assessed waste streams. Reversible hammer tooling, synchronous or asynchronous operation and application-specific screens extend the configuration range.

  • Complete shaft configurations
  • Rotatable hammer tools
  • Matched breaker bars and screens
  • Service-friendly chamber access
